When the owners of this 1909 Craftsman, located in the historic downtown district of Conway, South Carolina, first saw it, they realized they had found a diamond in the rough. They also realized that 13 was their lucky number. The house number is 1300, they purchased the house for $135,000, and moved in on July 13, 2000.
